A technology enthusiast from Azamgarh, India, Ahmad brings over 15 years of experience in Software Engineering and Technology Consulting across global organizations and industries.

His professional journey includes working with organizations such as Deloitte, HCL, Cognizant, and Accion Labs, and delivering technology solutions for global clients including Boeing, UK and Middle East Leading Banks.

Having worked across India, Middle East, U.K, and the United States, Ahmad brings a global perspective to solving real-world challenges through technology.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York (SUNY) and is a Google and Amazon AWS Certified Architect.

Through Shiksit, his vision is to use technology to create simpler, smarter, and more accessible solutions for the education ecosystem.

An educator passionate about learning and student development, Farah brings an education-focused perspective to Shiksit. She holds a B.Ed. and M.Com., combining academic knowledge with a strong understanding of teaching and learning needs.

At Shiksit, she contributes to shaping practical, engaging, and educator-friendly solutions for schools, teachers, and students.

Her work bridges classroom realities and product design. She reviews teaching, assessment, and attendance workflows from a teacher's point of view, advises on how lessons and grading should behave day to day, and helps keep every dashboard simple enough for educators to adopt without lengthy training. She also supports the onboarding guidance and learning material that help schools bring their staff onto the platform with confidence.

Ahmad Faraz brings a strong combination of business analytics, operations leadership, and process improvement to Shiksit. He holds a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree from Jamia Millia Islamia.

With experience leading operations teams in Bangalore and London, UK, he brings valuable expertise in managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. He is also an AIGPE™ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting his focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
